Add -es to nouns ending with -r or -z to form the plural.

a mulher = the woman (f; sing.) — as mulheres = the women (f; pl.)
o senhor = the man (m; sing.) — os senhores = the man (m; pl.)
o rapaz = the boy (m; sing.) — os rapazes = the boys (m; pl.)
