INDICATIVE MOOD (SIMPLE)

IMPERFECT INDICATIVE: (I was drinking, I used to drink)

(eu) beber -er= beb + ia = bebia = (I was drinking, I used to drink)

(p) (tu) beber-er= beb + ias = bebias = (thou were drinking, thou used to drink)

(ele, ela, você, o senhor, a senhora, a senhorita) beber - er = beb + ia = bebia = (he/she/you was/were drinking, he/she/you used to drink)

(nós) beber - er = beb + íamos = bebíamos = (we were drinking, we used to drink)

(p) (vós) beber-er = beb + íeis = bebíeis = (ye were drinking, ye used to drink)

(eles, elas, vocês, os senhores, as senhoras, as senhoritas) beber - er= beb + iam = bebiam = (they were drinking, they used to drink)
